Cancun has many nice hotels, restaurants of all kinds and prices, an abundance of night life, and activities-in the water and out! You can keep busy all the time with the many exciting activities and tours that Cancun has to offer. But, you can just sit back, and just realax, also! Just soak in the sun, and enjoy the beach scenery! Cancun is a great place for families, couples on a romantic getaway, or groups of friends out to have a good time. It is good for people on a budget, or those looking for more selective shopping, hotels or restaurants. There is fast food or fine dining nearby. It is also close to shopping, dining, and the Convention Center. The condo has a private balcony with a spectacular ocean view. The condo is nicely decorated. This lovely complex has much to offer, including the gorgeous, white sand beach, with turquoise, clear, warm water! It's perfect for swimming or boogie boarding. There is a swimming pool, with a shallow area for children. 25% is due to hold reservation, balance of rent is due 30 days prior to rental start date. US Funds by Check, MoneyGram.com, money order, cashier’s check, or PayPal.com accepted. No pets. Rates are subject to change. Please turn off air conditioner when leaving the condo for the day. There is a wonderful ocean breeze- just open the window. Enjoy the lovely sea breezes, and the relaxing sounds of the ocean! It's nice to sleep to the sounds and feel of the ocean! Please follow the recommended amount of people per unit. There is a $30 cancellation fee. Check in time is 3, check out time is 12. You will be sent an email receipt for payment when we receive it. When full payment it made, we will then give you instructions on where to check in, and other information. Paypal can be sent to our account at doriwarner@aol.com . Checks can be sent to Rick Warner, 9811 Leacrest Rd., Cincinnati, OH, 45215. We have other vacation rentals, and have been renting to people for 12 years. We can provide references, or agencies we have worked over the years, if you would like. Just inquire for testimonials. We work with agents in Cancun that can provide them, also. If the time you request is rented, we have contact with several other condos of different sizes that we can refer you to. Just fill out a reservation form and request it. 5 day minimum for high season, 7 for holidays. If you decide to cancel your reservation, you may lose some or all of your security deposit/amount paid depending on the number of days before the reservation start date you cancel the reservation.   4 night minimum stay, or a $40 cleaning fee applies.
