You can sign up for their all inclusive program, which is about $50 for adults (through us), or around $25 for kids 6-12. This includes all food, drinks, non- motorized water equipment including windsurfing, Hobie Cat sailing, and ocean kayaking, and many activities throughout the day, including the kid's program. There is something fun to do for all ages here! The all inclusive has complimentary beer, wine, cocktails, tropical drinks, juices, sodas, and fruit smoothies. And, guests can usually find a tasty snack throughout the day. There are 3 delicious meals, also. At sunset, the pool area bursts with activity, while people socialize on the large deck with drinks, listening to music. You can take a twilight dip in the pool or one of the 3 jacuzzis! Blue Bay club gives their guests many different activities to meet their needs, or places to relax.

The rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, private balcony with ocean view and patio furniture, kitchenette with refrigerator, direct dial telephone, satellite tv, bath with tub and shower, clean towels and sheets, cleaning before and after your stay, private parking, security guards, and private beach. There is high speed internet in the lobby for a fee. There is a restaurant in the resort, and you can pay for the all inclusive, or not.

-PRICES ABOVE ARE THE SAME FOR ALL OF THE OTHER BLUE BAY STUDIO CONDOS. THE LARGER CONDOS-INQUIRE. Balance of rent is due 30 days prior to rental start date. US Funds by Check, MoneyGram.com, money order, cashier’s check, or PayPal.com accepted. No pets. Rates are subject to change. Please turn off air conditioner when leaving the condo for the day, and please conserve energy when possible! Utilities are very expensive in Mexico. There is a wonderful ocean breeze- just open the window. Enjoy the lovely sea breezes, and the relaxing sounds of the ocean! It's nice to sleep to the sounds and feel of the ocean! Please follow the recommended number of people per unit. Please follow the recommended amount of people per unit. There is a $30 cancellation fee. Check in time is 3, check out time is 12. You will be sent an email receipt for payment when we receive it. When full payment it made, we will then give you instructions on where to check in, and other information. We have other vacation rentals, and have been renting to people for 12 years. We can provide references, or agencies we have worked over the years, if you would like. Just inquire for testimonials. We work with agents in Cancun that can provide them, also. If the time you request is rented, we have contact with several other condos of different sizes that we can refer you to. Just fill out a reservation form and request it. 4 day stay is required, or a $50 cleaning/checkout fee applies, 5 day minimum for high season, 7 for holidays. If you decide to cancel your reservation, you may lose some or all of your security deposit/amount paid depending on the number of days before the reservation start date you cancel the reservation. We generally don't take 1 day rentals, unless they are next to a longer rental.
