THINGS TO DO NEAR CANCUN

It's the perfect vacation spot- there's so much to do! Trips can be taken to:
• Playa del Carmen
• Cozumel – Famous island directly across from Playa del Carmen
• Isla Mujeres – Pictureque island in Cancun’s bay
• Xcaret – Eco park – Water activities, performances, native flora
and fauna, exhibitions and culture

Cancun is also the starting point for two very well known Mayan ruin sites
• Tulum – On the coast about an hour south of Cancun
• Chich'en itz'a – This is the biggest and best Mayan ruin site – It’s
in the mmiddle of the Yucutan Peninsuls – about 2 hours away from Cancun

Other Cancun activites include: Diving, snorkeling, sailing, water
skiing, deep sea fishing, jet-ski rental, and parasailing.

NEARBY RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING

Our Villas Marlin condo is close to many restaurants, nightclubs and shops.
It is located directly in back of Kulkulcan Plaza (one of the primary shopping,
entertainment, and restaurant centers in the Hotel Zone). This mall has:
• Casino (Play City)
• Bowling
• Many American fast food restaurants
• Sit down restaurants, including Ruth Criss steakhouse, Chocolate
City and Casa Maguey
• Arts and crafts
• Fine shopping for gifts/clothing (designer names at reduced rates)

The La Isla Mall is less than ½ mile away from our condo. Its
highlights include:
• Chilis, Johnny Rockets, La Casa de la Margaritas and Sr. Frogs
• Starbucks
• Aquaworld, where you can swim with the dolphins!
• And more shopping

Getting to these places is easy. Inexpensive buses (.65) travel
frequently up and down the main road
(Kukulcan Boulevard). These buses will take you past all the malls,
all the restaurants and all the nightclubs. There’s also a
bus that will take you to the downtown Wal Mart (so you can stock up
on groceries). Taxis are everywhere. You can rent a car, but
the mandatory liability insurance can make that somewhat expensive.

Rental Details

25% of the rent is due to hold reservation, and the balance is due 30 days prior. US Funds by Check, MoneyGram.com, money order, cashier’s check, or PayPal.com
accepted. No pets. Rates are subject to change. Please follow the recommended amount of people per unit. You will be sent an email receipt for payment when we
receive it. When full payment it made, we will then give you instructions on where to check in, and other information. Paypal can be sent to our account
at doriwarner@aol.com . Checks can be sent to Rick Warner, 9811 Leacrest Rd., Cincinnati, OH, 45215. We have other vacation rentals, and have been renting to people
for 12 years. We can provide references, or agencies we have worked over many years, if you would like.   4 night minimum stay, or a $40 cleaning fee applies.
