It is also close to shopping, dining, and the Convention Center. The condo has a private balcony with a spectacular ocean view. The condo is nicely decorated. There is a delicious international restaurant in our hotel. This lovely complex has much to offer, including the gorgeous, white sand beach, with turquoise, clear, warm water! It's perfect for swimming or boogie boarding. There is a swimming pool, with a shallow area for children. Carisa Y Palma is comfortable and convenient after a day of shopping, relaxing in the sun, or adventuring into the world of many vacation activities it has to offer. There is so much to do here!

Rental Details
All of the advertised condos (except the penthouse) are budget hotels, and not 5 star condos. They are decent, but not fancy. -PRICES ABOVE ARE THE SAME FOR THE OTHER STUDIO CONDOS- Girasol, and Solymar. The other condos- check the drop down box above. 25% is due to hold reservation, and balance of rent is due 30 days prior to rental start date. US Funds by Check, MoneyGram.com, money order, cashier’s check, or PayPal.com accepted. No pets. Rates are subject to change. Enjoy the lovely sea breezes, and the relaxing sounds of the ocean! It's nice to sleep to the sounds and feel of the ocean! Please follow the recommended amount of people per unit. There is a $30 cancellation fee. Check in time is 3, check out time is 12. You will be sent an email receipt for payment when we receive it. When full payment it made, we will then give you instructions on where to check in, and other information. We work with agents in Cancun that can provide them, also. If the time you request is rented, we have contact with several other condos of different sizes that we can refer you to. Just fill out a reservation form and request it. 4 day stay is required, or a $40 cleaning/checkout fee applies, 5 day minimum for high season, 7 for holidays. If you decide to cancel your reservation, you may lose some or all of your security deposit/amount paid depending on the number of days before the reservation start date you cancel the reservation. We generally don't take 1 day reservations, unless they are backed up to another longer reservation.   4 night minimum stay, or a $40 cleaning fee applies.
