This is a nice Cancun beach front condo! #402 is a large studio unit, and sleeps 5 (6 with children). #201 sleeps 4 in 2 double beds. The Cancun condominiums are ocean front units, with an unbeatable Caribbean ocean view. They are on a powdery, gorgeous, white sand beach, in the top of the hotel zone. The complex is across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- the premiere night clubs such as Carlos and Charlies, Sr. Frogs, Cocobongos, and much more. We are walking distance to the top 5 night clubs, many restaurants and fast food, activities, flea markets and shopping centers. It puts you in the heart of the hot Cancun action and attractions. The condo is location in Girasol condo hotel. It has a fabulous, private, large balcony, with spectacular, panoramic ocean views! There are marble floors throughout the condo. It has two gorgeous oceanside pools to take a refreshing dip in! It's a fantastic deal- we have great low prices! Cancun is the "Jewel of the Caribbean". The weather is great this time of year- usually around 80 degrees, and the water is about the same. Lots of sun to soak it all in. Escape to the warm tropics! You'll have a blast! Girasol, a nice, larger studio condo (#201-2). It sleeps 4. Girasol has perfect, gorgeous, powdery white sand beaches, and crystal, clear tuquoise warm water! Girasol has many nice restaurants of all kinds and prices, an abundance of night life nearby, and activities- in the water and out! You can keep busy all the time with the many exciting activities and tours that Cancun has to offer. But, you can just sit back, and just realax, also! Just soak in the sun, and enjoy the beach scenery!

It is good for people on a budget, or those looking for more selective shopping, hotels or restaurants. There is fast food or fine dining nearby. It's a shopper's paradise, with duty free shops in modern malls, or less expensive flea markets. You can barter in the flea markets, and get a bargain! Cancun is one of the most popular tourist desinations in the world, with 3 million people visiting here a year There is so much to do here, you could never get bored! You will be close to many activities and water sports. There is scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, boogie boarding, fishing, and Xel-Ha National Park, and much more. At the park, you can swim with dolphins, float down a river on a ring, and many other fun water activities. There is also horseback riding, helicopter rides, ATVS, trips to the island of Isla Mujeres and Cozumel, and visiting the fascinating Mayan ruins of Chitzenitza and Tulum.

Shown to the right is one of the the beautiful Girasol oceanside pools in front of the condo, as seen from the balcony. There is an upper and a lower pool, one shallower for kids. Cancun's a perfect spot for families- with many family activities nearby. It's also great for a romantic getaway, or just having fun with friends. There is something for everybody. It's just a 25 minute drive to the airport, and 10-15 minutes to downtown. There are convenience stores two doors down, as well as banking, money exchange, and free wifi at the nearby Starbucks a short walk away. Nearby there are 40 restaurants, and shopping centers. It's a fantastic vacation spot, with so many activities! The flea markets are just across the street, and the malls and activities are close. There is some snorkeling in the beach front of the condo, and there are many other places to snorkel in the area. The water is warm year round. There are many water sports at or near the condo. Rentals from the hotel include jet skis, sailboats, snorkeling and scuba equipment, fishing expeditions (for a charge). Relax completely, soak in the sun, and leave your concerns behind! Condo is located in the Punta Cancun area- the top of the hotel zone. This is a perfect central location. The beach is the Chac-Mol beach. The unit is nicely furnished, with 2 full beds, cable tv, a/c, kitchenette, and more. Go to sleep, and drift off to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! There is a large, gorgeous balcony to enjoy the beautiful beach scenery! The ocean side pools have lounge chairs to work on your Caribbean tan! Palapas on the beach, and you can lounge in the shade, and enjoy the beach scene! Escape your normal life, and leave your concerns behind! Bus lines are in front of the condo, cost 65 cents, and run constantly. They will take you up and down the main street- Kulkulcan Blvd, which the condo is on. That is where all of the action is! They are in front of the condo, and are easily obtainable. You don't need a car. Tour office, sports rental, and rental car assistance is available in the hotel lobby. It has the coolest clubs and bars, and the malls are closeby. The beaches are some of the best in the world, and there are many of them, everywhere you turn! You can swim, body surf, boogie board, and do many other water sports. Or, just soak in the rays!

You will be staying at one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun, with magnificent turquoise water of the Caribbean just at your feet. It's the place to stay with it's subperb location. The condo is furnished with a cable TV, laundered sheets and towels, kitchenette, with refrigerator. The complex has tennis courts, and private parking for guests (both free). There is a good, reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel. They are open for breakfast and lunch. You will be staying close to many activities. The area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, golf courses, and water parks. You can go on a jungle tour, aquarium, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs. Visit Tulum or Chichenitza to see the fascinating Mayan Ruins. Or, go to interesting islands of Cozumel or Isla Mujeres. Rental Details
Security Deposit & Rental Details: 25% of rent is required to reserve the unit. Remainder is due 30 days before rental date. US Funds by Check, MoneyGram.com, money order, cashier’s check, or PayPal.com accepted. No pets. Rates are subject to change. Please follow the recommended amount of people per unit. There is a $30 cancellation fee. Check in time is 3:00pm, check out time is 12:00pm. You will be sent an email receipt for payment when we receive it. When full payment it made, we will then give you instructions on where to check in, and other information. Paypal can be sent to our account at doriwarner@aol.com . We have other vacation rentals, and have been renting to people for 12 years. We can provide references, or agencies we have worked over the years, if you would like. Just inquire for testimonials. We work with agents in Cancun that can provide them, also. If the time you request is rented, we have contact with several other condos of different sizes that we can refer you to. Just fill out a reservation form and request it. 4 day stay is required, or a $40 cleaning/checkout fee applies, 5 day minimum for high season, 7 for holidays. If you decide to cancel your reservation, you may lose some or all of your security deposit/amount paid depending on the number of days before the reservation start date you cancel the reservation. We generally don't take 1 day rentals, unless they fit next to another longer reservation. Below is the schedule of cancellation fees. You can get a transfer from the condo to the airport for about $9/person with a reservation. Check the "things to do" page above to see the website for this shuttle.
