It is in beautiful Kihei - only a 25-minute drive from the airport. It is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, and just a few minutes drive to historic Wailea and several wonderful golf courses. It's great for families!
Click here for video of our beach! This unit is on the first floor, with a lovely, large yard just outside the private patio or 'lanai'. It's great for kids to play on! Sit on the 'lanai', sip drinks, or enjoy a scenic meal outdoors! It is perfect for entertaining or just lounging in the sun. Savor the beautiful, tropical surroundings from your own patio. It's a wonderful way to get away, and relax!
	It sleeps four, two in the bedroom and two on the pull out couch in the living room. One of the 3 fresh water pools is less than 100 feet away. The Maui Vista complex has 6 tennis courts, outdoor gas barbeques, and 7 acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds.
Kamaole Beach (shown in our pictures) is one of the best in Maui and is only 1 block away - just a few minutes walk. This is a popular, beautiful, white sand, swimming and snorkeling beach. It has warm, turquoise blue water, with gentle waves. It's perfect for children. The sunrise and sunset on the beach are magnificent!

The condo is ready for your full enjoyment of this tropical paradise! It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Other amenities include: Patio with furniture (lounger, table and chairs), boogie boards, some beach/pool toys, cooler, beach mats, beach chairs, books and games. Air Conditioning / Ceiling fans Phone works through the Internet - Use of phone- 15 min. of long distance free (with answering machine) and Internet UNLIMITED. Full bath with shower and tub Cable TV, VCR, stereo, DVD and CD player, pool and beach toys, hair dryer, washer, dryer, microwave and dishwasher, alarm clock. Queen bed and full-sized pull-out bed with linens (blankets, pillows, towels, etc.) provided 3 pools (accessible via condo key) and 6 tennis courts (key can be obtained at condo office with $20 deposit) Free parking (1 car) The condo is cleaned before check-in. We endeavor to make sure that all items and appliances in our condo are available and functional. We also respond ASAP if there is a problem. We cannot, however, guarantee perfection as we use remote (from us) maintenance people to do the necessary work. Security Deposit & Rental Details $200 security deposit is required to reserve the unit. This is refundable if the condo is left in good order and keys are returned. Balance of rent is due approx. 30 days prior to rental start date. US Funds by Check, money order, cashier�s check, or PayPal.com accepted. Payment, keys, maps and factsheet are handled through the mail. No pets and no inside or outside smoking allowed (Hawaii Anti-Smoking bill). Please turn off Air Conditioner when leaving the condo for the day. We have a $35 "self clean" option for shorter stays, where you basically do all of the cleaning up after your rental. Ask for information. 7 night minimum stay, or a $75 cleaning fee applies.
