Reservations will be held tentatively for 4 days after being confirmedif no payment is recieved, then the reservation may be cancelled (allowances will be made for extremely long distances).
You can make sure your deposit and payment for reservation is received the quickest way,

Once full payment has been received the lockbox code will be e-mailed to you, unless other arrangements are made. Please note that Paypal may charge you a % fee to receive back your money.

We may interchange Maui units without notice as long as they are in the same complex. We are not responsible for errors or ommisions in the data presented on this site.
In the event of service outage in regards to the condo or this site or any other instance which
makes the rental unsuccessful, we cannot be held liable for any costs beyond the amount
paid to us by the client for the services which were not provided.
